Before Wii Fit I wasn’t all that into working out, at least not that motivated enough to work out. But after having the game for almost 6 months, I’m actually more concerned about keeping fit and have found the motivation to work out on a regular basis.

Now I’m not saying the Wii Fit is the greatest work out tool, but I do feel it gives you easy to do exercises, some easy yoga poses and explains them very well, so you don’t pull something. When I first bought I worked out with the game for a whole month, non-stop, but it sort of died down a bit after I got Guitar Hero World Tour. Either way, I have begun to realize that it did have a positive effect on me. I felt more energetic and lot less tense and more relaxed, thanks to those yoga exercises or maybe just from the deep breathing that yoga requires.

Since I don’t play the game very often, I’ve decided to do the exercises outside of the game in my room to keep somewhat in shape and it wouldn’t have been possible if I didn’t first play Wii Fit. I really do feel that Wii Fit got people to think about their fitness level and has made exercising fun.

I recommend Wii Fit to everyone out their who wants to get fit.
